our site to recognize you as you browse our site; if cookies are disabled, our
website will lose track of you and you'll encounter problems. JavaScript must be

- Click Tools (Note: this may have the word "Tools" or be a gear icon)
- From the dropdown, select Internet Options
- Select the "Privacy" tab
- Click the "Sites" button
- In the box labled "Address of Website" type "www.tels.net"
- Click the "Allow" button
- In the "Managed Websites" table, "tels.net" should now appear with the setting of "Always Allow"
- Click OK

- Scroll down the Settings list to the Scripting item (You may need to double-click on icons to expand lists

- Push OK and Yes to confirm and close the Security Settings dialog box, then OK again to close the Internet Options dialog box
- Refresh the current page
